My stylist was Jenna. She is very warm and welcoming. Her space is very clean and she did a phenomenal job on my hair. Will absolutely make another appt. Ive been looking for a new stylist and I found one in Jenna! Cant say enough good things!

Sandie was AMAZING, she is such a sweet soul! She steams your hair, the scalp massage is out of this world! She is also fantastic with cuts and color!

I booked an appointment with Stephanie early in the week,which was confirmed by Salon Lofts.On the day of the appointment I decided to confirm the appointment w/Stephanie,and she text me back,she didn't realize I had made an appointment and she couldn't make the appointment. Had I not decided to text her on the day of the apppointment, I would have not only wasted my time,but I would have looked like a dunce sitting there waiting for an appointment that she had no intention of being there. This had happened before at another Salon Lofts location with another person I had booked with,hence the reason I text to confirm my appt. Unprofessional at the very least and a complete waste of time. Customers beware!
